Marvin A. Titus is an associate professor of higher education in the Higher Education Student Affairs and International Education (HESI) program at the University of Maryland. Prior to that, Dr. Titus taught at North Carolina State University, where he conducted research in the Adult and Higher Education program. Previously, he served as policy analyst for 13 years with the University of Maryland Office. He has also held positions as an institutional research analyst, labor economist and economics lecturer.
