At TIAA-CREF, we're pleased to provide you with education and information you need to help you reach your financial goals. We offer community and employer-sponsored financial education seminars at various locations in your area. You may also request a personal appointment with a TIAA-CREF individual consultant to assess your unique financial situation.

How to Get Started

If you have a User ID with TIAA-CREF please log in to your account to use our online scheduling tool.* (Why do I need to log in?)

If you do not have a User ID, you can:

• Register for online access if you know your TIAA-CREF contract number. Once logged in, you can find our scheduling tool under the Help & Resources tab.
• Register as a guest. Once logged in as a guest, click on the "retirement consultation or seminar" link from the Welcome screen.

Prefer to make an appointment without logging in?

If you would prefer not to log in at this time, you can schedule an appointment in one of the following ways:

• Contact a local office during normal business hours to schedule a consultation at one of our offices or when a TIAA-CREF consultant may be visiting your employer.
• Call 800 732-8353 Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (ET) to get started.
