The fund's adviser does not receive a management fee for its services to the Managed Allocation Fund and has contracted to reimburse the fund for all its direct expenses through September 30, 2012. shareholders indirectly bear their pro rata share of the fees and expenses of the funds in which the Managed Allocation Fund invests.

The Managed Allocation Composite Index is a weighted average of certain broad-based securities indices in proportion to the following market sectors in which the Fund invests: domestic stocks (45%), domestic bonds (40%) and foreign stocks (15%). You cannot invest directly in these indices.
