Ed Van Dolsen is  EVP and President of Retirement and Individual Financial Services of TIAA-CREF and oversees the institutional and individual client-facing, sales and distribution, and product management and development functions. This integrated and customer-focused approach is designed to provide clients with the best service possible and allow the organization to nimbly respond to their needs.

Mr. Van Dolsen has held a variety of positions within the organization since joining in 1982, including head of product development and management as well as institutional services. Currently, in addition to managing the institutional and individual businesses, he is also responsible for  the education savings and banking businesses.

Mr. Van Dolsen holds a B.A. in Government from Franklin and Marshall College and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Pace University.
