What we offer: Plan Administrators
TIAA-CREF provides Plan Administrators the tools and services needed to effectively and easily manage retirement plans online. By registering for access, Plan Administrators can perform daily plan administration tasks online, thereby saving time and reducing the need for paper transactions.
Plan Administrator secure access includes:
- Contributions: submit institution contribution lists and send payments via electronic funds transfer (EFT).
- Enrollment: enroll employees in group retirement plans either as a group or individually, or enable employees to enroll themselves through TIAA-CREF’s Online Enrollment facility.
- Compliance: download Form 5500 materials for plans subject to ERISA.
- Reports: run reports for retirement plans and employees.
- Access employee accounts: view overall employee accumulations, contributions and asset allocation, and track employee vesting and termination online.
Plan Administrators can also order publications from our bookstore, read the latest news concerning defined contribution plans and send secure emails to TIAA-CREF.
