Maceo K. Sloan, 60, has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sloan Financial Group, Inc. since 1991; Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of NCM Capital Management Group, Inc., since 1991; Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of NCM Capital Advisers Inc. since 2003; and Chairman, President and Principal Executive Officer of NCM Capital Investment Trust since 2007. Mr. Sloan is a director of SCANA Corporation. Mr. Sloan received a B.A. from Morehouse College, an M.B.A. from Georgia State University, and a J.D. from North Carolina Central University School of Law. Mr. Sloan has served as a CREF Trustee since 1991 and as Chairman of the Board since 2009.
