Bridget A. Macaskill

Bridget A. Macaskill, 61, is the CEO of First Eagle Investment Management, LLC since 2010, and President and Chief Operating Officer since 2009. From 2003 to 2009 she was the Principal of BAM Consulting LLC, an independent financial services consulting firm, which she founded. Ms. Macaskill was from 2003 to 2009 also an Independent Consultant for Merrill Lynch appointed under the terms of the Global Research Settlement. Ms. Macaskill was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Oppenheimer Funds, Inc. from 2000 to 2001. She joined Oppenheimer Funds, Inc. in 1983 and served in various capacities at that firm, being appointed Chief Operating Officer in 1989, President in 1991, Chief Executive Officer in 1995, and Chairman in 2000. Ms. Macaskill serves on the board of directors of  Prudential plc, Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Holdings and First Eagle Investment Management. She also serves on the boards of a number of not-for-profit organizations. She received a B.S. with honors from the University of Edinburgh. Ms. Macaskill has served as a CREF Trustee since 2003.
