Through the Secure Administrator Web Center you can update your contact information by selecting "My Profile" listed below "Institutional Profile" in the upper right-hand corner of the Secure Access opening screen.

This screen will allow you to update:

  • Title
  • Phone
  • Fax
  • E-mail address
  • Address
  • E-delivery preferences. You can indicate if you would prefer to receive certain documents in electronic form instead of by mail.
As an alternative, you can contact the Administrator Telephone Center at 888 842-7782 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET.


Employee Secure Services
• Go to the TIAA-CREF Administrator Web Center.
• Select "Get Access"
• Complete the application: sign it, print it & fax to 1 800-842-5916.
• You will receive an e-mail with your user ID and password.
