When the Date Range of the report is less than three months, the report will generate in real time. Report requests of three or more months will not generate in real time. Instead, the message below will display. The message is used to inform you that it will take a while to generate the report. Therefore, an e-mail will be sent to notify the administrator that the report is ready. The message also provides instructions regarding how an e-mail address can be provided to TIAA-CREF if it is not currently on file. A link to previously run reports is also included in the message.

Once the e-mail notification is selected, a link to the report will display.

You will then have following options:

If you receive the e-mail notification before you've exited Online Custom Reporting, the e-mail should be opened and the link contained in the e-mail should be selected. Once the link is selected, the report will display.
If the e-mail notification is received after you've exited Online Custom Reporting, you must return to the Web Center and access the system by entering your User ID and Password. Then select the Report Templates and Maintenance option from the Reports dropdown tab on the Administrator Access homepage. Once the report is selected from the Templates and Maintenance page, the actual report will display.
