If you are interested in accessing data for multiple employees, you no longer have to
request that reports be mailed to you from TIAA-CREF. The online reporting
facility will provide access to the latest information about your plan and enable you
to generate a variety of reports. You can view a report right at your computer, print
it out, or save it in Microsoft Excel for future reference. The Web Center gives you
access to several preformatted reports. Some of the benefits of custom reporting are:
- The facility allows you to produce reports whenever you need them.
- You chose the plans and dates you want the report to display data for.
- Access to many preformatted reports with the ability to create your own custom
reports.
- You can save a template of your report for future use.
- You can sort and display the report anyway you see fit.
- You can schedule reports to run automatically.
- You will receive an email when your reports are ready.

If you already have access, the next step is to determine if you have access to the
system. You can do this by logging in to Secure Administrator Access and selecting
any one of the reports after the first dividing line from the dropdown on right-hand
side of your page.
