If you already have access, the next step is to determine if you have access to the system. You can do this by logging in to Secure Administrator Access and selecting any one of the reports after the first dividing line from the dropdown on right-hand side of your page.


Select your PPG. You can either choose the Select All tab in each box to have all related plan type PPG(s) appear in the report or select each PPG individually.


Select a Date Range should be entered for the report. The date range represents the beginning and end dates of the report. The note section shown below provides information regarding when each report type updates. When the Date Range of the report is less than three months, the report will generate in real time. Report requests of three or more months will not generate in real time but instead will be sent an email when the report is complete. See the e-mail notification section for details.

Note: The Weekly and Monthly Data Available fields indicate the time frame that data will be available for reporting purposes. The Accumulation and Employee Reports update on a monthly basis. The Transaction and Contribution Reports update on a weekly basis.

Note: the reports created through the custom reporting system are for informational purposes only. The reports should not be used for ERISA (5500 reporting), annual benefit statements or in place of any specialized reporting.
