The Custom Report page shown below may be used to create a custom report. This page appears if you select:
Once all selections are made, click on the Apply button at the bottom of the page in order to update the report parameters and generate the report.
This page allows you to select the data that will be included in the Custom Report. The data available for selection is as follows:
If the Edit Transaction List button is selected:
The Transaction Filtering functionality allows you to select the type of transactions that will be reflected on the Transaction Report and the Custom Report. Once the transaction type(s) have been selected, the Apply button in that same box should be selected in order to proceed. By selecting the Display Options button in the custom screen or from the top of any report the Modify/Display Options page will display.

Note: the reports created through the custom reporting system are for informational purposes only. The reports should not be used for ERISA (5500 reporting), annual benefit statements or in place of any specialized reporting. |
