The easiest way to complete the Salary Reduction process is by using our Online Salary Reduction Agreement System.
The Online Salary Reduction System provides the following:
- An automated means from which to manage the process
- A reduction in administrative tasks
- You can easily construct an online Salary Reduction Agreement that is specific to your institution and plan.
- Without visiting your office, your employees can go online to access, fill-in, and submit your Salary Reduction Agreement.
- You will see notification of completed Salary Reduction Agreements on the TIAA-CREF Administrator Web Center.
- You can download and file hard copies of your employees' completed Salary Reduction Agreements from your desktop PC.
- No mail delays
