How to send in a stock certificate
Please follow the instructions below for mailing your securities to TIAA-CREF Brokerage Services.

1. Print your nine-digit TIAA-CREF Brokerage Services account number in the upper right corner on the front and back of each certificate.

2. Appoint Pershing LLC as attorney in the space provided on the back of the certificate.

3. Date and sign the back of each certificate, exactly as the name appears on the front of the certificate. All parties whose names are on the certificate must sign the back of the certificate. For your protection all securities should be sent Overnight, Certified, or Signature Required Mail. Please send to the following address:
