Get a Log-in
If you haven't signed up for Secure Administrator Web Center or you aren't yet taking full advantage of our site by making remittances online and using Electronic Funds Transfer, we've just made it easier to get on board. The application is now available to be filled out online, printed, and faxed in. You can access secure information for retirement plan administration by simply filling out our "Application for TIAA-CREF Institutional Administrator Services" for new users. You can also use our "Institutional Administrator Services Upgrade Form" to change or delete access for existing users. Just fax the completed form(s) to TIAA-CREF at 1 800 842-5916 and we'll take care of the rest. If you have any questions on how to access or complete these forms, please call the Administrator Telephone Center at 1 888 842-7782 Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.

Change a Log-in
On the Secure Access log-in page select Change Log-in (located on the bottom, left-hand side column). Enter your current User ID and Password and a new Password. Once you submit this information you will be able to access your account immediately.

Please note:

  • The Password can be minimum of 6 characters or a maximum of 8 characters. You may choose to use a combination of numbers and letters, if you wish.
  • Confirm your password by reentering them in the fields provided.

Click submit -- and you're ready to go, right away.
