The easiest way is to access the Secure Administrator Web Center. Under "Institution Profile" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, select "Service Requests." This system will give you ready access to an up-to-the-minute status report on all work requests and/or changes you have given to TIAA-CREF, regardless of how they were sent - by paper, phone, fax, or Internet.

As an alternate route, you can contact the Administrator Telephone Center at 888 842-7782 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET.
