You can create, edit, view, and submit payroll data through the confidential online data entry system on our Administrator Web Center. The data will be added, deleted, or modified instantaneously. The system allows you to create a new remittance list by copying a previous one, or starting fresh with a blank list. You can also calculate total payment amounts for your remittance lists.

If your institution has less than 250 participating employees, we offer:

  • An online data entry facility that allows you to create, edit, view and submit your payroll data information directly online using the TIAA-CREF Administrator Web Center. Premium data can be added, deleted, or modified instantaneously.
  • You can also create a remittance list by copying a previously submitted list, or entering new employee data on a blank list.
  • In addition, you can calculate total payment amounts for remittance lists.

If you remit contributions by electronic funds transfer, the amount of your remittance will equal the total amount of contributions listed in your remittance report file.

To report remittances and transfer funds online, you must first register as an authorized user and sign up for electronic remittance services on our Administrator Web Center.
