Your employees can have access to their accounts anytime on our Web Center. All they'll need is their own secure log-in. Then they can immediately take advantage of a wide range of online services. Whether your employees choose to monitor their account balances, estimate their retirement income or conduct other transactions with TIAA-CREF, our online services can be the fastest and most efficient way to meet their needs.

Your employee will need his or her Social Security number, date of birth and any account or contract number (these numbers appear on their quarterly statements and in the contract package that we mailed when they opened their TIAA-CREF account).

Go to www.tiaa-cref.org and click on "Get a log-in." On the next screen, your employee will be prompted to enter in his or her Social Security number, date of birth and contract number. (Be sure that "I am a current TIAA-CREF customer" is selected) After the information is entered, your employee can choose a user ID and a password. Once your employee confirms and submits his or her choice, he or she will have immediate access personal account information.

- The user ID must be between 6 and 9 characters. (Any employee who wants a user ID containing all numbers, will need to use their Social Security number)
- The password must contain 6 or 7 characters
- Remind your employees that we recommend they change their passwords periodically to protect their online security
