Employees can make changes to their address, telephone number and/or e-mail address, by logging into their TIAA-CREF account. They should select the "My Profile" tab from the top left-hand side of the page and enter their new information on the following page, before submitting their changes. The new information will be effective immediately. They also have the ability to change their address on fewer than ALL contracts, or to enter a foreign address. This can be done by selecting "click here" located under the e-mail section of the page.

Our National Call Center can also update their address. Employees can call 1 800 842-2776 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., ET.

Please note: Certain changes must be processed by mail. To change a name or your spouse's name on a contract, employees must send a letter with the following information:
