You can access this information from the Compliance tab, under the Help with Compliance section, by selecting the ERISA Instruction Materials link. Available materials include the ERISA Memoranda on Form 5500 and the Summary Annual Reports for both 403(b) and qualified plans.
SAS 70 Report
Clients requiring a 2007 Statement of Auditing Standards No. 70 (SAS 70) report (those with qualified plans which require an auditor's opinion as part of Form 5500 filing) can obtain the reports by logging in to the secure Plan Administrator Website. The reports are prepared by TIAA-CREF's independent auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), and provide the auditor's opinion on the design and operating effectiveness of the company's recordkeeping controls for the period Jan. 1, 2007 to Dec. 31, 2007 for both our legacy and Open Plan Solutions platforms.
