The Payment option will allow you to leave the individual as part of the list,
but only be included the months he/she works. For assistance with this feature

In order to effectively use our Web services, your browser settings may need to be adjusted. It's simple. All you need to do is:
Goto the "Tools" menu
Select "Internet Options"
Under the sub-heading "Temporary Internet Files", Click on "delete cookies" (this should be done frequently)
Click the "settings" tab. Within the settings feature there will be 4 options under the heading "Check for newer versions of stored pages"
The first option "Every visit to Page" should be selected. Also under settings is a disk space setting. This is usually very low. (ie.100-200 MB) This should be turned up to at least 5000 MB.
