Ed Van Dolsen is the Executive Vice President of Product Development and Management, and is responsible for expanding TIAA-CREF’s product and service offerings. Under his direction, TIAA-CREF is ushering in a new generation of retirement products designed to meet the evolving needs of both institutional and individual clients.
Since joining TIAA-CREF in 1982, Mr. Van Dolsen has held a variety of positions within the organization. He currently manages the Institutional Trust Company, TIAA-CREF Life Insurance, after-tax annuities, planned giving, Trust and Banking products, Endowment Services, and Mutual Funds Asset Management products. Mr. Van Dolsen also manages TIAA-CREF subsidiary, Kaspick & Company, the nation’s leading provider of planned giving services for colleges, universities and other nonprofits.
Mr. Van Dolsen holds a B.A. in Government from Franklin and Marshall College and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Pace University.
