Edward Van Dolsen

Edward Van Dolsen is Executive Vice President, Institutional Client Services. He is responsible for serving institutional clients, retaining assets and expanding TIAA-CREF's product and service offerings.

Mr. Van Dolsen joined TIAA-CREF in 1982 and has held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility including oversight of projects focused on service improvements to institutional clients. In 2003, Mr. Van Dolsen headed the Decisions 2003 – New Markets and Opportunities sub-team, which conducted retirement market and product analysis.

Mr. Van Dolsen is the business sponsor of TIAA-CREF's Open Plan Solutions, the next generation of retirement planning tools and services designed to meet the changing needs of both institutional and individual clients.

Mr. Van Dolsen holds a B.A. in Government from Franklin and Marshall College and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Pace University.

Mr. Van Dolsen is based in TIAA-CREF's New York office.
