Sidney A. Ribeau, 61, has been President of Howard University since 2008. From 1995 to 2008, he was President of Bowling Green University. Dr. Ribeau serves on the boards of The Andersons, Convergys, and Worthington Industries. Dr. Ribeau earned a B.S. from Wayne State University and an M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Illinois.
