Robert C. Clark, 65, is Harvard University Distinguished Service Professor and Austin Wakeman Scott Professor of Law at Harvard Law School. He served as Dean and Royall Professor of Law of Harvard Law School from 1989 to 2003. He serves on the boards of Time Warner, Inc. and Omnicom Group, Inc. He is also a trustee of The Hodson Trust. Professor Clark earned a B.A. from Maryknoll Seminary, a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a Ph.D. from Columbia University.
