Maureen O'Hara, 56, is the R.W. Purcell Professor of Finance at Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University, where she has taught since 1979. She has served as chair of the board of Investment Technology Group, Inc. since 2007, and has been a member of the board since 2003. She is also a director of New Star Financial, Inc. She earned a B.S. from the University of Illinois, and an M.A. and Ph.D. from Northwestern University.
